TestPak Announces New Name

Whippany, NJ –Whippany pharmaceutical packaging and repackaging industry leader, TestPak, Inc. has announced a merger with three other companies that will lead to a corporate name change.

The new company, Aphena Pharma Solutions, is a strategic alliance comprised of leaders in the pharma and personal care contract packaging, re-packaging and manufacturing industry, including TestPak.

The other companies aligned under Aphena are Celeste Contact Packaging – Easton, MD, PrePak – Cookeville, TN, and Integrated Pharmaceutical Packaging– Glasgow, KY.
